Switching Behavior of the Voltage Controlled Power Transistor

(1) Click with the mouse onto the red rectangle defining the model of the power switch to change between the symbol of the power switch and the simplified model.
(2) Drag the red part of the Gate-resistor to change its value.
(3) Drag the red part of the model's internal DG-capacitor (Miller capacitor) to change its value.
(4) Drag the red dot on the line (iL=const) in the iDS(uGS)-diagram (top-right) to change the value of the inductor-current assumend to be approximately constant during the switching period.
(5) Drag (or click) the red vertical time-marker in the time-behavior diagram to define the state of the current animation.
